-SBR is obtained by polymerization of styrene and butadiene monomers.
More than half of the synthetic rubbers produced in the world are SBR. SBR contains approximately 23% styrene.
-The most important feature and reason for use of SBR Rubber is its resistance to abrasion.
It is also resistant to glycol based brake oils, inorganic acids, bases and alcohol between -50°C +100°C. Better results are obtained than natural rubber in terms of dynamic fatigue, aging and heat resistance.
-As Kuesta Rubber, we provide abrasion resistance in our products with our formulations made with SBR rubber in line with the demands of our customers.
